Popup with form that get from ME value for var.

As in topic title.

I'm fighting to write popup, that when appear will have form where i would insert number value and click enter - then zenn will take value to var and continue running script.

Is it possible?

It's possible with own code, JS and C#. So, it depends on your programming languages knowledge.
