Possible issues with browser settings actions?

Sometimes when I open a project in PM, the browser setting actions have red broken lines around them like:

Btw, add image function in forum is broken.

Can it be reproduced with certain project, or the issue is random?

Hey. You have to add images with correct image extension. You have added urls.
