Hi,

I downloaded the demo of ZMP, tried it and works great, except for a few bugs. 3 Questions:

1# If I purchase the software, install it on a VPS which turns out to be some crap service? how do I move the license to another host? is this possible?
2# How does bugs reporting works. I understand you guys need time to fix major issues, but for minor bugs, how often are they addressed? in order words, how often are the updates?
3# How much it costs to get CapMonster? is it included on some versions or available as an add-on?

One more questions, which makes it 4#:
- Is there a why to add to the prebuild profile data? Login, Name, Age, Gender....etc? I could find a way to add things like Profession and other custom data.

1. You can control hardware information from your userarea. - https://userarea.zennolab.com/en/login.aspx

2. You can report bugs in forum - skype and zenno support email. Updates is time to time nobody will know exactly when even zennoteam...

3. Capmonster is FREE add-on with every zenno version...

4. You can add your own data from files. Like with help of list and tables in zenno...

1) It's possible. If you will have issues with moving your license you can contact us.
2) We release builds about once a month or so.
3) It will be free for all current customers. We have plans to make it paid add-on but it will be applied only for new clients after this change will be done and announced.
4) You can store whatever data you want in txt files (lists) and take it from there if you need to, and if prebuild profile data is not enough )

Hi

I just downloaded the Demo, because I wanted to do this:

But the Demo-version looks all different and seems to be missing buttons/functions and wont record that I opened text editor. Am I doing anything wrong or is this correct? I have a page with search results i can do exactly the same, but its not possible with the demo-version..

Hi, i went trough alot of videos yesterday and made a system that works just like in the video. But i have a list of 97 websites in a text document separated by enter that i want it to visit. But the list will only load the first 15 of the 97 links in the text document. Is this because the demo is limited or am I doing anything wrong?

Oh, thank you for fast response. Of course, yea it was just the preview that only showed 15. Ran the debugger now, and it is currently at 21, so it works. This program is great, ill definitly buy it when the demo expires.

If i'm not wrong then it can take up to 24h to accept order, but mainly it will go thru around in 30 min
