Problem parsing special characters from file

I noticed that ZP has problems parsing special characters like é, ñ, ä, ö .... form a text file. ZP can process and save these characters to a file when I imput the text in the "Attribute value" field, but when I try to parse a line from a file, ZP shows a square where the special characters is. Any work arount for this?

It should have UTF-8 encoding
