problem with 5.10.0.2

I keep getting the error 'run htmlelement error accessing Instance.Activetab' and then all or most of my windows close

That means base with instance already died. You should restart instance.

It actually did. But there were no error messages. You would just got instance mess up in 5.9. Now there is correct info about problems.
