Problem with license

Hello,
I launched a zennoposter pro instance on a second computer (I thought I could have 3 instances). And now on the computer where I want to launch zennoposter I have an error (attached). Please help me solve this - I wrote to support but they are silent.

ZennoPoster can be installed on 3 computers, but running only on 1 of them.
You can switch active PC in Hardware section on your zennolab account.
