Profile folder usage with Full mouse emulation enabled

There is a task:

I have site x registration bot that does not require Full mouse emulation enabled in profile settings, but i use template in template and this template require it enabled.
What exactly is the right way to achieve that?

Right now Registration template has this

And template in template has same settings.

But i would like to un-tick this full mouse emulation in registration template and only use it in the template in template.

Can i do that? It will not cause any data mix or anything?
And template in template will still get full benefits from full mouse emulation and not mix some settings?
They both use the same profile folder obvious, and I'm not sure if any data related to mouse emulations are saved in profile folder.


Question number 2: This is the profile settings in my template in template i wanna use:

But again I dont need them in registration bot, how this works, if i leave in one template just generate by default, and template in template leave it full like in image?

Ir those settings are applied only at the profile folder generation and later reused, meaning it actually does not matter what settings is used they will be take from folder instead of template settings?

Full Mouse Emulation is the operation mode, this is not related to profile settings.
There should not be settings or data mess up in a profile-folder when using it in project in project.
The only thing may be is that a website may react differently to user work with full mouse emulation or without.

And about this full mouse emulation checkbox, as i remember at some point you or someone else told this is not about mouse emulations, there are some other things emulated to make profile or work much more quality. What are those other things and if those are also not related to profile?

@VladZen Let me know, if you have read it and you need more time to prepare answer of you just missed. As i can't possibly know what exactly is happening behind zenno UI. So it's hard for me to test or know that.

As far as I remember, I told that profile settings, such as screen maximize checkbox, could affect full mouse emulation work, mouse would make wrong clicks, move out of borders, etc,
But, not full mouse emulation affect profile settings or data.

As for the second question, profile settings of a main project are used in browser when subproject is running.
