По умолчанию, профили хранятся здесь: C:\Users\<UserNameWindows>\AppData\Local\ZennoLab\Profiles

Кроме копирования C:\Users\<UserNameWindows>\AppData\Local\ZennoLab\Profiles
Еще делайте копию базы данных, иначе профиля без нее не запустятся.
Лучше полность копировать папку .zp8: C:\Users\<UserNameWindows>\AppData\Local\ZennoLab\ZP8\.zp8

а на другой пк установилось без проблем получается надо с первого полностью удалить и установить снова или как исправить это дело подскажите пожалуйста

По данной ошибке сложно понять, что у вас случилось. Возможно есть проблемы с подключением к нашим серверам.

Попробуйте сделать полную перезагрузку ПК, скорей всего это поможет.
Если перезагрузка не поможет, сделайте, пожалуйста, ропорт и скиньте мне в ЛС.

Попробуйте выкачать вручную из урла https://builds.dotnet.microsoft.com/dotnet/Sdk/8.0.416/dotnet-sdk-8.0.416-win-x64.zip и установить, после чего перезагрузить ПК и попробовать снова запустить установку Зеннобраузера.

сделал все по чретежу браузер запустился , профили старые с базой закинул престало запускаться, вобщем поставл на чисто , утерял профили, мне кажется фкнцкия бекапа профилей ипорт экспорт была бы не лишней, почему пишу потмоу что уже второй раз такая история приключается )=

Попробуйте данную инструкцию, по ней все работает:

Экспорт и импорт локальных профилей пока не планируется. Если вам нужно использовать профиля на разных машинах, воспользуйтесь облачными профилями.
