Project does not open (hangs)

Trying to open a project just hangs there for a while and nothing happens, any suggestions how to recover it? Thank you

Then please enable detailed log for developers in program settings.

Reproduce the problem and run DIagnostic.exe from Progs folder in program directory (not closing the program itself).
Send us created report.zip file.
