Still the same error, i am using windows server 2008, ill reinstall to windows 7.

On windows 7 the same error appears. I got it to work, by deleting C code after it, but its still strange.

When i have C# code after clear cookies it gives error, when i delete it, it works. Any ideas?
This is simple C# code to run a batch file

Maybe you need to install the SDK. I did on my server in order to get c# code to run. Or visual studio.

Yes, if C# code is wrong or it fails, no matter at what step, my every actions fails. When i delete C# code, everything works again. Is this a bug?

I understand whats your point. Zenno works awesome for me and i am 100% happy with it, but i make other point here.
If i have wrong C# in my template - at no matter what step (even if its not used, not connected to other steps) other action wont be executed(always fail) is that normal?

Yes.
C# actions compiled before template starts. So if you have errors there your project will not start at all.
