Project Maker & Zennoposter Freezes when starting up - Windows 8

I can't start PM and ZP on windows 8. Whenever I try to start either of the two, the programs would freeze at "load module" and I would have to force shut down my computer get my computer running again. This never happened in windows 7. Anyone know what the problem is here?

What build do you use?

It may have happened because of antivirus or .net 4.5 installed. Anyway logs would be appreciated
