I deleted all net installs and simply run Zenno installer. It did download net.4 and installed it. After here are the results.

[SOLVED] Project manager works, Zenno Poster yet to work on XP SP3.

I uninstall net again, used clean up tool as Advised by Buldozer. restarted PC, installed again yet to work. Gives same bug. I am sure it can work. How I fix it?
I installed net 3.5 in addition to 4.0 Now Zenno Poster starts 0 mistakes, however it wont not connect to the server yet.
Also when I tried to debug simple template I made in PM following happens -Cannot listen on pipe name 'net.pipe://localhost/TasksRunner1/' because another pipe endpoint is already listening on that name.
I got an idea. How about Zenno release the ready made AMI for the EC2. That can help many users. Any bugs found, simply update AMI

Solved it. XP SP3. First Run installer. Then uninstall older versions of MS Visual C++. Unistall all .NET apart 3.5. If 3.5 was not installed install it. Perhaps sticky can be updated
