ProjectMaker HangUp - Play & Stop Button Disable, Can't Open Advance Editor

I got projectmaker hang up...play and stop button disable, can't open advance editor.
Been waiting for couple hours, then i close pojectmaker. Re-open and get the same thing on the first run...

What should i do to fix it?

Yes i open a project, it freeze after i run at once. I even try another project and got same issue.

Already installed the latest Net Framework...

Visual C++ retribution package & .Net frameworks installed, but nothing change.

I try to downgrade to 5.9.9.1 and it works smoothly...
What's wrong with my PC running the new one Vlad?
