Proxy Source - Set Rule

It would be really good to allow loading proxy source with a rule from ZennoProxyChecker.

While using ZennoProxyChecker -> Zennoposter could load proxies with rules or a simple checkbox in Proxy Source Configuration would be enough, what do you think?
