Proxychecker in ZP: Difference "Check Proxies" and "Re-check Live"

What is the difference in ZP between the 2 commands from the context menue (right click) above?

Check will go with all you have in base, while the 2nd be faster checking only those alive.

Check Proxies - performs usual proxy checking.
Re-Check Live - performs live proxies re-checking, that have already been checked earlier and included into live list. So you may check if they have not died.
