As far as I know, no limits are in effect right now. That's why there's only an annual subscription.

There is the limit for number of captchas per day - about 30K recaptchas. If you want to solve more, you can buy additional captcha packages.
But this is optional.

There are more settings for proxy below the list to remove to ban list and how long to restore.
Usually, proxy can be restored within 5 minutes.

CapMonster Pro can be installed on 3 servers, but used only on one of them at the same time.
You can switch servers in Hardware section in zennolab account.

Yes, sure you can. But this is not reasonable.
It's better to setup 1 server with Pro version and send captchas remotely from other machines to this one server.
