Random File From Folder Then Get First Then Get All Other Lines

Hi, could somebody kindly explain to me how to do this please (in very basic terms as my brain is now hurting) I can select a random article file from a folder and then get the first line and add this to the variable "Title", I used Rostonix example "random line from random file from directory" but after many attempts and reading every related thread in the forum, I can not then add the remaining lines to the variable "Article Body". I really do not know what I am doing and am trying to learn as much as I can but this problem seems unbeatable, any help would be great, many thanks in advance.

Create list. Do not set path to any file in it's settings.
When you get path to random file that you wanna use, use action List processing - Bind to file.
Then use List processing - Get line - First (with deleting). And you'll have title.
After that use List processing - Merge lines and you'll get other data (article)
