"Receive Emails" not working

Hi,

I'm having an issue to make the "Receive Emails" function work.
It says "Load of emails was successfully completed" but there are no emails shown.
Or it says "Disabled" and also no emails shown.

In the log it says "Failed to connect with mail server Authentication Error on Pop3 server"
same with IMAP server.
I'm trying gmx, yahoo, hotmail, mail.ru.

Also, I can't click the "Login to mail account" button regardless if "Settings auto-detect" is turned on or off.

How can I get it to work?

It does work at least since version 5.7.5.0, so you must be doing something wrong. Please attach a project and credentials to the box, so that someone could try to reproduce it. Do you do it in a licensed version or in a trial?

Hi Nick,

I'm using a licensed version (bought it 2 days ago - I'm using 5.11.1.0 v).
I've just started learning Zenno so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, I just don't know what it is.

The "Receive emails" issue is not just a problem in a specific project. It happens in any empty, new project.

Though today, in a new project, I could click the "Login to mail account" button which before wasn't working the other day.
I'm still getting errors. I think I got the ports and Imap settings right... but maybe not?

you also have to put an e-mail address in the username field. besides, check that the IMAP access is activated via web-interface, many free mail providers have it disabled by default

For gmail to work you have to allow access to less secure apps as well as imap access.
