Refund zennobox clients?

What happens when u refund your clients for your bots. Let's say u get 100 refunds. Now do we get our "sale money" back in our account or is it gone? S when we do a refund do we also get our money back in zenno? because this way We can't give away trial versions Or "Try 10 days then decide ect". Cuz now people will try and we lose our money to zennolab.
