Regex question

I've had trouble finding the correct solution when looking online. Is there a way to find something that is exactly say ten characters long when using regex? If so, how would this be done?

Thanks for the response. I have one more question. I have "hide title" checked but whenever I run the project it is still taking the regex from the title of the email. Is there something I can do to fix this?

This settings is just need to clear see body of email.
It doesn't affect processing.
