remove all the line breaks in a variable

Hello, I would like to know how to remove all the line breaks in a variable?

Ex:
Today is good,
it's great.

--> Today is good, it's great.

Word Processing -> Replace -> Replace {-String.Enter-} with nothing (or with a space).
