Search Criteria in Recive emails

Hello guys, iv got elementary question, it is posible to mix "subject" and "From" in search criteria in recive emails ?? It will be make 100 % match in searching emails , i tryed everything

Ya, thats think for administrators maybe make some upgrade? i think in this place if u can mix that, it will be great and helpfull
