Anyone have problem to run PM and ZP?

On two computers i can not run PM, on one computer ZP run, but all templates have error?

Yes i think so. I can't open Project Maker, then i run Diagnostic and check Report. Have error:

Server: userarea-hk.zennolab.com

Connection failed. Status is TimedOut
