sFTP Protocol Issue on 5.10.0.1

Server logs:
error: kex protocol error: type 30 seq 1 [preauth]

Cannot connect via sFTP in Project Maker. Error is "Failed to connect with FTP host".

Does the same connection works via another ftp client, such as Filezilla, etc.?

Yes it works fine via Filezilla and Putty

We need example template and access to your ftp to check it. Could you please provide this?

Cannot give access to this server. Will fire up a digital ocean droplet though and see if I can reproduce.
