Some help with action designer please

I'm having problems using variables with action designer input boxes. Is there a work around for this? http://screencast.com/t/EPEUrS4B8

did you try regenerating the profile? probably that's why you get January every time during debug.

to regenerate a new profile either restart the project or click on "human" and click regenerate.

It's always January no matter what you do. Close, reopen, regenerate, clear everything. I have the same problem with other input boxes in action designer when using variables from a table.

Also sometimes it inputs the variable code instead of the variable when using from a table.

That's because you have to click on the month, this is not something that you can use innerhtml on.

Is there documentation on action designer anywhere? what do those 0,1,-1,1 mean?, what's the difference between outter, inner html, etc...It's very confusing.

Нou should use -1 as document and form numbers to search through all page.
innerhtml, outerhtml are standard html attributes. You can google for them if you don't know what they mean.

You can make a user defined variable and set it.
