SOS template stuck on 'load project'

Was working on this template for a very long time, and I am no longer able to open it up in the project maker on neither of my computers, please help.
Template itself is pretty large, about 12MB in size.

And this is how it looks, just loads and nothing opens up, tried it MANY times on different computers - only this template doesn't work.

Please guys, is there any way to recover it?
Also it's strange that over 6 months the template got to only 4MB in size, and in one day it tripled in size to 12MB after editing it just a little bit
Maybe there is a template size limit somewhere deep in the configs?

I see this error in logs:
"The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (6553600) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element."
Try editing ProjectMaker.exe.config file in Progs folder in program directory.
And increase values for MaxReceivedMessageSize adding one more zero to 6553600
You should make it for all entries maxReceivedMessageSize="6553600" in the file

Thank you for the response, I have changed all maxReceivedMessageSize="655360 to maxReceivedMessageSize="6553600
And now the projectMaker itself doesn't even start

yes, the same thing is happening on a completely different computer as well, so I am convinced that this is only related to this one large template.. Also It looks like it's trying to load for about 60 seconds then just gives up

did you edit Shared code on your project?

Yes, added using System.Management;
but it wasn't even used if I remember corectly. I only tested one C# snippet to get ram % usage, but it didn't work, so I removed it, but 'using System.Management' and GAC reference were left.
