Speed increase when use own code from Convert to C# of a block

It is not new feature but I am still not sure, does converting block to C# using the button (Convert to C#) and adding them in the project in form of own code make the project run faster?

Own C# code executes little bit faster, but I'm not sure it gives significant speed increase compared to the same functions in usual action blocks.
