Start project and add threads from php

There is a way to start a project and add threads from php (or another way)?

For now i can just start manually or schedule, but i am looking for a way to instantly start running a process from the dashboard in php.

You just develop php dashboard and connect ZP to mysql this is how you connect your dashboard to Zenno.
