I keep getting this error I have whitelisted it turned AV off reinstalled any other thoughts?

Please enable extended log in program settings (you should be able to do this), restart the progran and repeat the error.
After that, run Diagnostic from program directory and send resulted report.zip to support@zennolab.com.
