1. Some of my clients encounter an issue when using Zennobox where they cannot update the template in Zennobox despite waiting for a long time, reopening, and restarting Zennobox multiple times. The status of the template remains 'Waiting for an update'.
2. When using Botui on the customer's device, sometimes Botui does not remember the old settings and returns to the default settings.

1. I am still using project maker 7.7.3 and my client is using latest Zennobox but my other clients are using latest Zennobox and it is fine. How to fix this?

1. Is it the issue with just one certain client? I would advise to make a refund and re-issue the project to this client.
2. Still not clear how they work with this BotUI, do you they close it correctly? Do they finish the project correctly?

Although the project has just been updated, the changes to the interface and features of the project are not available on the customer's computer. I have tried publishing the project changes multiple times and the result is the same.

Because the project was not updated. I guess there are some incompatible changes.
You should rollback to previous version of the project, i.e upload previous project file into your account panel.
