The Procedure entry point GetNamedPipeServerProcessId could not be located

Hello,

from recently uppon starting a Zennoposter job i get this error message:

"The Procedure entry point GetNamedPipeServerProcessId could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll"

Im using 5.4.3.0.

Any idea whats that?
