Thread count mistake

Make thread count check more than just once.
I mean now if you accidentally set Max threads for template 100 then there is no point to set it down, because zennoposter will reach 100 threads and only then go back to my right count, even I have set right count 10 min ago...

Thanks for posting it, I've also noticed that. I currently use setting jobs count to 0 and wait until extra threads end, and then add jobs again as a workaround but it won't help if a job runs for relatively long time.

We do not plan to change this for now cause it requires a LOT (literally) changes in code.
There are tasks with more priority at the moment.

Thank You for your explanation and all is clear at least for me, but can I just ask you to answer on all future threads users is posting in this section, like on this one. It would be really nice.
