Trouble upgrading on Server 2012R2

Hi,

i tried to upgrade my zenno on windows server 2012R2 but i get the message in
the attachment. What should i do?

What zenno version are you trying to install? Looks like old one, which is not supported by Windows Server 2012.

Please try manually install net.framewprl at first - https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=53344
Then install zennoposter.

I already had .NET 4.6.2 installed.
So i installed 3.5 and after that Zenno installation started.
There was an error durig installation with the link to this:
https://userarea.zennolab.com/lk/help.aspx?lang=EN&errCode=10
But after i closed the error message i was able to download and write the licence
and the installation finished.

But after that i did run a test project and noticed the interface freezing after some minutes.

Test project does not affect functionality of the program.
As for interface freezing problem, please repeat the problem, then run Diagnostic.exe and send us resulted report.zip.
