Tutorial on email account creation using proxies

Hey is there a way to get a tutorial or readymade project to create emails on any of the popular email providers using zennoposter ?

I have just started in digital marketing and don't have a lot of budget to spend on buying emails.
Any solution would be appreciated. Willing to buy as a last resort, please help soon.

i dont have any email account creators actually.
It's the most easy and common task that we suggest to create for new users. You need to understand functions of software anyway before you start to use it
