Twitter sign up causing auto close

Last couple of days I been experiencing a problem with twitter and zp, every now and again the programe completely shuts down unexpectedly. It always happens after it clicks the "create account button"

There's no critical errors created in the logs. But the event viewer (diagnostics.exe) spits out the following error:

I noticed that same problem on many pages. Last one was http://fc2.com/ when you click login button.

Also no errors or something.

Also reported same many times in past.

Any update on this? Every time I load aol.com after signing into an account, ProjectMaker overloads and crashes
