Type is not detected

Hi,

I have Capmonster pro ver 2.5.1.0, I'm sending images that looks like classic recaptcha, however program says "Type is not detected" laso when classic recaptcha module is set to "Use this module to recognize all captchas". You can see screen below. Anyone know what can be wrong?

Right click on image in this log - what size does it have?

Size is 300x57

What do you have in this setting?

It is "49" so it was too low for recpatcha module and that caused problem with type detection. However, now I'm getting all images as "Empty answer", see screen below

Please enable extended Logs in settings:

Close software
Delete Logs folder in Capmonster directory
Start Capmonster
Reproduce problem.
Run Diagnostic.exe in Capmonster directory. It will create report.zip file. Please attach this file here.

By going to capmnoster folder I found the problem, I had previously installed Capmnoster 2 Demo. After uninstalling the demo, full version started working. Thanks a lot for help.
