Unlock Russian Forum

Hello,

Russian part of the forum is blocked and i can't read it with translator because i dont have access.

i get that :

Please enable russian part for non russian customer... i use google translator extension and i can find useful information, for exemple today i wanted to read about 7.7.7 and i can't...
I can see there is a post but i can read it..
