Upgrade Diagnostic.exe

When I create report.zip this is always for use of ZennoTeam, then why not just create little advanced Diagnostic.exe tool. Like when you open it you can set Title, Description and press Send. And logs with all necessary information will be automatically sent to zennolab email or server, whatever is better...
