using residential/mobile ip with 5/10 min time

How do you guys manage to get to work with residential ips that rotate every 5/10 minutes in your templates ? i'm trying to figure a solution out and simply can't. How do you set the session time to exactly 5/10 min so account creation wont overlap eachother.

managed to get it working, so i'm using authrized ips, and download the list of ips, (1k in my case) and create database of my own, so i take 1 ip, check it on whoer, extract the ip and if it exists in my databse then take another one, and so on, so basically i'm using only the ip's that i have never used before by creating my own databse base with the used ips. Hope this helps somebody as i cranked my brains for the past week for this solution. This way u can use the 30 min ips, so you can be sure that you templates are properly executed and they have enough time to do so.
