VBCSCompile.exe - High CPU Usage

Sometimes we have one or two tasks running and CPU usage was too high (near 100% into threadripper 32c 64t)

Hello, any news regarding the VBSCCompiler.exe issue? This process completely cripples one of our computers. Also it runs with PM but there is not even C# code in the project? CPU load is about 100%!

I just newly installed Windows 10 so I'm not really want to re-install it yet again.

But at the moment the load dropped after restarting the machine.
