Visual alert when click " save "project

When i working on some project and click "save "button" - good option is visualize this action, example "saved" or something.

If goes from Red to Black in Tabs (name of project). Just like in any other software

It is same when i click on save and when not click only put cursor and remove from save button.

Yes, now i see, when Rostonix explain, i try without changes on project, when i change something, all is like on your picture.

Yeah. If it's already black the latest version is already saved, so there's no need to save it again then.
Red means changes have been made, but is not yet saved.
