VPN dosent work

Hello everyone, I attempted to use OpenVPN within Zennoposter for UPS, but unfortunately, encountered persistent issues. Despite configuring OpenVPN settings within Zennoposter, including changing profiles frequently or clearing cookies, I continued to face the 'access denied reference 18' error when trying to connect to UPS servers. This error persisted despite multiple attempts to refresh configurations and settings. It seems that there might be a deeper compatibility issue between OpenVPN, Zennoposter, and UPS servers, resulting in this recurring access denial problem.Someone can helpme?
