Wait for element command

Many of us have waited a LONG time for a "wait for element" command which would GREATLY speed things up. Any update on when this is coming?

This should be added in blocks directly.

Why?

Because I always use some sort of command to determine if a page was loaded correctly. If i had command wait foe element this would take less time.

For alternative i add pause wait on loop till element appear.
