What is the window property and how to use it?

I've seen may methods involving a "window" property such as this one:

Emulator.SendKey("Window", 200, 200, System.Windows.Forms.Keys.A, KeyboardEvent.Press);

What is the window property and how can I use it.

I am sorry if this has been already discussed or it's explained in the documentation but I simply couldn't find an answer.

It's header of the window, where you going to emulate keys.
