Why english users still dont have CapMonster2?

Threads about CapMonster 2 on Russian forum are there since 6 months so Russian users can use CapMonster2 since 6 months. Why English speaking users still cant buy CapMoster 2?

It's still in development. Some english clients use russian version by the way
We will release english version when main developers will decide to do it.
