Writing To Google Spreadsheets and RETRIEVING DATA from same. Possible?

Is it possible to write data to google spreadsheets INSTEAD of what seems to be the usual text file in your C drive?

For example, if I had a spreadsheet in which Sheet 1 contained 1000 first names in column A, 1000 last names in column B, 9000 usernames in column C, could zennoposter be trained to access this spreadsheet when creating forum and email profiles and use that data? Similarly, supposing this is possible, could zennoposter then be trained to write the login data (username/password combinations) to same spreadsheet? (ie., either in same Sheet 1 column E or F, or write it to Sheet 2)

Can this be done? Has this been done? If you have such a template, can you please contact me so we can work out a purchase or at very least a tutorial so I can build my own?

ok but is this for google spreadsheets or microsoft excel? Google spreadsheets requires accessing url etc.

I know what does it mean. But for what you need it?
Why don't use MS excel files
