Need to collect some data from my county website

Fill 3 Fields from drop downs.
Date Type field - Select "Judgment Issued" from drop down menu
Beginning - click todays date from bottom of calendar
Ending - click todays date from bottom of calendar
Click Search- Results range from 10-100's of results depending on time of month.
Under "Subtype" Identify all "Rule to Vacate" and click on corresponding Case Number. This will open a new window for each case.
collect "Party Type" Deffendant Address, Plaintif Name, Plantif Address in a table
ex. Deffendant Address;123;Main St;Greenville;SC;29662;Plaintif Name;ABC Rentals;Plantif Address;222;Smith St;Greenville;SC;29662
I will need a Black List file I can add Plaintif Name to delete records. ex. if Plantif Name is "ABC Rentals" Delete entire row.
The steps and format can change.This is just an outline of what I need.
