[WTS / Rent] Looking for a Private Android Farm Automation Tool / Mobile Bot for Instagram Reels (ADB / XML / Account Status Control)

Hello everyone!
I am planning to launch a mobile farm for Instagram Reels using real Android devices. First and foremost, I am looking to buy or rent a ready-made, stable, and privately supported automation tool (all-in-one bot). If there are no ready-made solutions on the market that meet my requirements, I will consider custom script development from scratch.
Current available assets:

1. Hardware: High-performance PC running Windows 11 Pro + a pool of physical Android smartphones (Samsung S22, Redmi, etc.).
2. Content: A ready database of 150 unique source videos (Reels).
3. License: ZennoPoster Pro.

Critically important features required in the software:

1. No-Coordinate Architecture: The script must control phones via ADB using the layout element dump (XML / UiAutomator / Appium). I am not interested in coordinate-based (pixel) clicking or standard OCR solutions. The software must be highly sustainable against layout changes and support various screen resolutions (S22, Redmi, etc.).
2. Automated Account Status Monitoring & Shadowban Fix: The software should check the profile settings (Settings -> Account Status -> Recommendations) 1–2 times a day. If a warning ("orange checkmark" / Content cannot be recommended) appears, the bot must automatically navigate to the violations list, detect the flagged Reels, and archive them to lift the restrictions.
3. Account Auto-Registration & Aging Module: An automated conveyor. We provide a list of purchased emails with IMAP/POP3 keys. The software must:
   • Log into the email on the device (or via web using proxies).
   • Handle necessary technical delays (aging/warming up the mailbox).
   • Automatically register an Instagram account using the prepared email.
   • Let the new Instagram account rest/age for the required period before warm-up.
4. Scheduled Stories Publication: The bot must publish a Story on each account every 20–24 hours. The script should be able to apply a custom text overlay and insert a clickable Link Sticker leading to a Telegram channel.
5. Built-in Video Uniquization: Automatic video uniquization on the fly using FFmpeg before pushing files to the device (changing metadata/hash, applying invisible noise, sub-pixel shifting, slight color/speed adjustments) so that Meta's algorithms do not fingerprint and link clips across accounts.

7. Music Parsing & Overlay: Automatic search, selection, and overlay of trending sounds/music inside the Instagram app interface right before publishing the Reel.
8. SMS Services Integration: If a checkpoint occurs requesting a phone number, the script must automatically request a number via APIs of popular SMS activation services, input it, and handle the verification code from SMS or WhatsApp.
9. Selfie Verification Bypass (Anti-Capcha): If an account encounters a video-selfie checkpoint, the bot must have a solution to pass it (integration with a virtual camera/video stream modification or routing to a hardware donor screen displaying a human face looping).
10. Network & Mobile Proxies Support: The system must support integration and switching to external private mobile proxies (HTTP/Socks5) with link-based rotation unique for each thread/device.
11. Human Emulation Basics: Transferring content to galleries, warming up accounts by scrolling the Reels feed, random delays, giving likes, and publishing with text/hashtags.

Format of Cooperation:
I am looking for software strictly with a monthly subscription (recurring fee) and full technical support from the author (prompt fixes following Instagram updates).
