xpath on variable with text processing

I think it would be great to be able to use xpath on a variable containing html code.
Very often I have to extract part of a page for analysis but regex won't get me what I need and xpath would be very handy if it was available in text processing.

+1 for this . It's a life saver for those with low c# knowledge.
I'd love to see xptah selection option in:
* text processing.
* data tab - take DOM >> parse results >> beside regex to also have xpath

100% agree xpath would be FREAKING GREAT. what seo doesnt use xpath ?
