Zenno 5.4.3.0 - Demo "Bing parser" - Get value

I just installed Zenno 5.4.3.0 fresh on a clean Windows 8.1 x64 VMware OS.

When I try the demos, it stops in the middle on "Get Value" "Play - Action not exectuted"

Other demos stop at the same stuff - outerhtml or innerhtml ?

What am I doing wrong?

Templates are old. Most likely site was changed and it's structure. It's standard error that HTML element is not found by search criteria

:-| I have not much experience with Zenno, when the demos in a fresh install are not working it's not a big help.
I've purchased my first version years ago but because of lack of examples and documentation and later a problem with the software I stopped using it.
Now I purchased an update to see how it developed over the years and when I try to run the demos ... they have errors....
Please!!! Verify the demos are working, else customers like me are lost... I tried a couple of demos and I seen this action error couple of times and I don't know how to fix it.
